Finance Loan service telecaller

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Finance and Loan Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both digital and offline leads, assist clients with documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads from digital and offline sources.
• Communicate loan details clearly to clients over the phone.
• Collect and verify required documentation.
• Maintain and update records using Google Sheets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth application processing.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (must), with preference for English and Marathi speakers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and handle queries effectively.
